Friday Blog Topic: Big Money Small Change –

I woke up this morning and realized how stiff I was. It’s been a long week and relaxing, breathing, stretching… that’s kinda been non-existent.
So I stretched… and yowza. It felt good AFTER, but during… it hurt. (understatement)
So I opened my Instagram and I think you’ll see why this caught my eye…
I looked at that, and the reason it stopped my scroll was because of her knee bend… both parents have had knee replacements. When ever they encounter someone that has had one, they compare “range of motion” it’s kinda hillarious.
“Hey, I had a knee replacement, too… what’s your range of motion?”
Then the other person answers…
It’s actually entertaining being outside this club, although you get that pit in your stomach when you think of all the injuries you did to your knees growing up.
But here’s my point…
This photo is fun and relevant to the yoga business! I’d love to be able to grasp my arms like that while hanging out with flamingos! Maybe some day if I started yoga at their studio…
