Midweek Motivation time! Do you feel like you’re spinning your wheels? It’s hard when you put all sorts of effort into planning or implementation only to have mediocre results… well if you’ve got a vision but it’s just not getting any traction… what do you do?

Yes… the problem could be you. If you’re having a leadership issue you are likely going to have a vision issue. The reason is because to be a leader you need followers… to have followers they have to be on board with the mission/vision you propose.
If they do not believe in the vision it’s very difficult if not impossible to follow you. Therefore, you must consistently work to be a good leader! Leadership through clear vision, policies, and procedures including reinforcement of the mission. AND most important, enforcement of the guidelines. When you demonstrate fair and solid leadership, your vision will be achieved.
Your strong leaders produce strong followers through clear vision. When you want your Infinity Marketing Machine to work… you must have a clear vision to build the loyalty of a great tribe!
